Washington, D.C. — Today, the Supreme Court announced a 5-4 ruling on the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program cases, ruling that Trump’s decision to rescind the DACA program was arbitrary and capricious. The Colorado Immigrant Rights Coalition will hold a virtual press conference in response to the breaking news:
