Mapping la Migra & Building Resistance in Colorado: 2025-2026 Community Report

The 2025-2026 Colorado Rapid Response Network (CORRN) Community Report documents trends, experiences, and community impacts related to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and other federal immigration enforcement activity in Colorado, drawing on data and experiences reported through the CORRN hotline. It is intended to inform community members, organizers, service providers, elected officials, policymakers, and the media; support community education and front-line/rapid-response organizing; and guide policy decisions. By highlighting the revitalization of the CORRN hotline and relaunch of the Docuteam, the report underscores the impact of CORRN’s statewide network.

This report unveils emerging patterns under the current federal administration, including increased enforcement, federal overreach, and growing concern over potential collaboration between federal immigration authorities and local law enforcement. It challenges the perception that ICE activity is limited in Colorado, demonstrating that enforcement operations occur nearly every day across the state, with notable hotspots and spikes in Aurora, Denver, Colorado Springs, Glenwood Springs, and Durango. By combining data with community experiences, the report provides a timely resource to inform decision-making, strengthen advocacy, and support community members.
