CIRC Testifies Against Law to Remove Protections for Immigrants & Increase Police Collaboration with ICE

The Colorado Immigrant Rights Coalition’s (CIRC) Campaign Manager, Nayda Benitez, and North Regional Organizer, Keilly Leon, testified in the House State, Civic, Military, & Veterans Affairs committee against HB24-1128 that would have removed key protections for the immigrant community by increasing police’s ability to collaborate and with with ICE (Immigration Customs Enforcement).
