Our Work

CIRC is a statewide membership-based coalition of immigrant, labor, interfaith, youth and ally organizations founded in 2002 to build a unified statewide voice to improve the lives of immigrants and refugees in Colorado and the United States. CIRC achieves this mission through non-partisan civic engagement, public education and advocacy to win fair, humane and workable public policies.

CIRC’s 2021 priority campaigns have all passed the Colorado House and Senate!

$

Campaign for Universal Representation

CIRC is championing a bill to create a statewide legal defense fund, so that no one has to face detention and deportation without access to legal representation.
$

Campaign for Data Privacy

Our work to establish strong data protection for all, so Coloradans can access healthcare, driver’s licenses, or other services trusting that their personal information won’t be exposed to ICE.
$

FEDERAL IMMIGRATION REFORM

We demand bold reform to transform our immigration system from one that caters to xenophobic fearmongering into one that centers justice and humanity.
$

ICE RESISTANCE

Protect and empower our communities by hosting a CIRC “Know Your Rights” training or volunteer with the response team for our 24/7 ICE activity hotline.
