CIRC's policy platform seeks to:

  • Establish a rationale and humane policy for undocumented immigrants in the Unites States to apply for legal permanent resident status and citizenship.
  • Reunite families and reduce immigration backlogs.
  • Ensure higher education access for immigrant students through the DREAM Act and tuition equity.
  • Ensure Worker Programs Protect the Rights and Dignity of workers.
  • End the growing link between local and state law enforcement and immigration policy.
  • Integrate immigrants into all facets of community life.
  • Restore fundamental due process and civil rights.
  • Protect the rights of refugees and asylees.

CIR-ASAP Introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives
